1/3 Dear @BritishGas thanks for making dealing with our Mums death even harder. Writing to ‘Dear Estate of Mary’ to tell her that you are increasing her prices as her DD has been cancelled. Yeah, Banks close accounts when you die.

3/3 @BritishGas Yeah, you have to return them to Office of Public Guardian when your loved one dies. Then you send us an email, asking for Death Cert, spelling our name and our wonderful Mums name wrong. Utterly deplorable having to deal with you.
