Virginia Beach police arrested 33-year-old Timothy Allen Wegert after he squared up to an officer and attempted a spinning heel kick on the beach early Sunday morning.

VBPD responded to an assault call involving Wegert and another individual.

Wegert refused commands as an officer ran toward him.

He then launched a spinning heel kick that narrowly missed the officer.

Wegert, a former CEO and master instructor at UpLevel Martial Arts, now faces a felony charge of assault on a law enforcement officer along with misdemeanor charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, and obstruction.

Сейчас наблюдаю недовольство/панику/тревогу наших "про-демократических СМИ", которым Печерский райсуд запретил публиковать статьи о сотнях квартир директора ДБР Сухачева, само ДБР приходит с обысками в СМИ, которое сделало сюжет про "СКЕЛЮ", наложили санкции на депутатов критиков Зе и тд.

Посыл таких статьей-жалоб - вызвать сочувствие у населения, которое начнет возмущаться и "надавит" на власть, и как бы власть "испугается и даст заднюю" - не будет трогать "антикоррупционеров"

Проблема заключается в том, что свобода СМИ она не должна быть ексклюзивно только для грантовых СМИ, а также "своих" политиков. Свобода - она абсолютна - и для тех кто вам нравится, и для тех кто вам не нравится.

Когда СБУ/ДБР/МВД/СУД фабриковали уголовные дела и закрывали простых блогеров, активистов, журналистов, политиков которые вам не нравились за критику ЗЕ-власти - вы молчали и более того - публиковали восторженные статьи "СБУ схопила чергового розповсюджувача антиурядових наративів".

Когда с подачи СБУ - ЗЕ подписывал санкции против не нравившихся вам блогеров/политиков - вы не возмущались, мол "ну так решил президент, такие времена".

Теперь эта машина запретов/санкций - работает против вас. И вы хотите вызвать сочувствие у общественности. Ну так общественность уже увидела ваши стандарты - свобода не распространяется на тех, кто не вашей тусовке, кто не под грантами.

Потому, "коллеги" - идите вы нахер со своими жалобами. Пусть ЗЕ/ДБР/СБУ/Суд делают с вами абсолютно то, чему вы радовались когда они делали это ранее против тех кто не из вашей тусовочки.

This is Deborah Richards, a judge in the Toowoomba District Court in Queensland.

She recently presided over a case where a 29 year old Iraqi refugee (Salah Sulaiman Almuhama) lured a 14 yo schoolgirl via Snapchat by offering to sell her a vape. He picked her up at school, drove her to a remote lookout, gave her $50, pulled down her pants and "forced sexual acts on her" after she told him she was 15. He then dropped the child at a hotel. Originally he was charged with rape, but that was dropped in a plea deal and he walked into court to plead guilty on the less serious charge of "indecent treatment of a child under 16" and supplying a smoking product to a minor.

Instead of locking this pedophile up and throwing away the key, the woke judge Deborah Richards decided the REAL problem was the risk he might actually be deported if she issues a strict sentence. So, she found so-called "exceptional circumstances" including his visa sob story and the "great hardship" he might face if deported back to Iraq, and handed him a fully suspended sentence. She let him walk straight out of court a free man. No jail time. No proper punishment. And thanks to Deborah, his visa wasn't automatically cancelled, and now, deportation is almost impossible.

This is the Australia we live in now. Degenerate judges care more about protecting useless imported pedophiles than they do about underage schoolgirls. The victim is left with nothing.

In July 2013, Emily Kraus and her boyfriend were driving to a Dave Matthews concert in Pennsylvania when they spotted a cyclist stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire.

The very man they were driving to see perform that night.

Matthews thanked them in a way they never expected. The couple were invited backstage for dinner, given front row seats, and met him again before the show.

Later, Dave even told the crowd about his bicycle adventure and mentioned Emily and her boyfriend by name from the stage.

They had simply turned their car around to help a stranger with a flat tire.
