1. That sucks, I wish no one’s mom ever died. Best to the family. 2. Holly Rowe is still not a victim here. She caused this entire story by behaving like a spoiled brat. Hope this helps.
A Flood Watch is now in effect across New Mexico, including all of the Rio Grande Valley, until 3 AM Friday. More rounds of showers and storms are likely this afternoon through early Friday morning. #NMwx
If I had to guess, the Republicans are going to lose the House and the Senate.
I could be wrong, but it seems like this is going to happen.
Does anybody disagree?
The nervous system is signal. It operates perfectly— full stop.
Terms like regulated and especially dysregulated (not really a word) don’t properly communicate what’s going on.
The better question to these terms is… What instructions is it receiving?
Imagine, blaming your “dysregulated” nervous system for a lack of the machinery responsible for stress, energy, and flux/flow.
This is a demand issue, and in this case your cells have limited capacity to manage stress. They change the demands on the NS far quicker than someone who has the machinery to handle such load/demand.
Your HR will climb faster, your breathing depth stops early as rate speeds up. Your nervous system was the signal to all of this. It doesn’t need healing, it just requires different instructions.
Back from a few big days in Austin with BPN.
Plenty to share. But the main thing sitting with me is how much it matters to be around driven people.
Some strength you've got to build on your own. And some you only get from the people around you.
Fast alone, further together.
Goodbye Old Leanto. 😢 I built it years ago out of recycled lumber from my wife’s Grandparents Old Dairy Barn that was being Demo’d. There’s been lots of quail, rabbits, and chickens in this thing. We’ve also brought many gallons of milk into our house from this thing. Hope the next person enjoys it as much as we have. 😢😊
Muscle protein synthesis is elevated after resistance training, but that doesn’t mean more is always better. Training creates the signal. Protein supplies the amino acids. Recovery gives that process time to occur. Muscle growth is the result of repeatedly putting those pieces together.
