Saving this for posterity. Sitting CM of Manipur promptly wrote his appreciation on fb about the release of two meiteis. He hasn't even felt sorry for the hundreds of Kukis his minions killed. It is not without reason he is termed the worst ever and most biased CM of Manipur.
