Hello @GooglePlayDev@GooglePlay,
My Google Play Console developer account was suspended back in 2021 when I was a complete beginner. I didn’t fully understand the policies at that time, and I’m now trying to understand the exact reason and whether there is any way to resolve the issue.
Since then, I’ve gained much more experience and want to publish genuine games while following all Google Play policies.
Could your team please guide me on whether my old developer account can be reviewed or restored? I’m ready to correct any past mistakes and fully comply with the current policies.
Thank you for your support. 🙏

Celebrating? About what? 😅
40 years of MSI… but what exactly are we celebrating? This kind of customer experience?
Today is my birthday, and instead of celebrating, I’m still dealing with an MSI monitor warranty issue handled by Acro.
My monitor developed a flickering problem. I already waited almost 20 days for a replacement, and now I’m expected to wait another 20 days again. Do customers have no value for their time?
I lost my work, my studies, and important days because of a product issue that should have been handled properly from the beginning.
If MSI knows these flickering issues exist, why not fix the actual problem instead of making customers go through repeated replacements?
A brand’s 40-year journey is not measured by celebrations and marketing — it is measured by how customers are treated when things go wrong.
@msitweets@acroengineering@msigaming, before celebrating another milestone, maybe focus on giving customers a reason to trust the brand again. 🤷♂️
I paid ₹30,000 for a monitor with a warranty.
After just 10–11 months, it started screen flickering due to an apparent internal defect. I contacted support, followed every instruction, and sent it for warranty service.
The company offered me either:
• A replacement, or
• Only ₹15,000 as a refund because of "usage."
A product is bought to be used, not kept in a box. If the issue is a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, why should the customer lose money?
I accepted the replacement instead of arguing.
After waiting over a month, the replacement monitor arrived... and it was also defective with an internally cracked display.
Now I have one question:
Who is responsible for my time, my money, and the repeated inconvenience?
Customers deserve fair warranty support and proper quality control—not repeated defective products.
I'm sharing my experience so others know what happened. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this fairly.
