@noetic_healing Mahadev is an epithet for Shiva, and the title means “the Great God”.
I hope that God is merciful in this mans confusion and ignorance, as he is “looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of *the great God* and Savior Jesus Christ”.
@Kaylrooney55555@IpowpowUnownow@FiredUpCoug Read Ephesians 5.
“For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.” This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church”
@darkpixel2k@RestoredMySoul@Herr_Oberst45@BishopJaxi@needGod_net “They *shall* be food for you”
That is a future tense modal verb.
Talk about squirming! I’m trying to find any common ground, but your arguments are just purposely contrarian.
Unbearable burdens are actually still commands, meat was always allowed. How silly.
Good luck!
@darkpixel2k@RestoredMySoul@Herr_Oberst45@BishopJaxi@needGod_net Can you show me where we were allowed to eat animals in the garden, where we are explicitly commanded to be their stewards and only allowed plants? Or are you going to argue from silence? How about a circular argument?
@darkpixel2k@RestoredMySoul@Herr_Oberst45@BishopJaxi@needGod_net I can! God has allowed me to do so.
I may die if I do, but I’m not sinning to eat it.
Can you stop being so obtuse and engage with the conversation, or just leave? You’ll go against the clear text just to hold to an uninformed point.
@darkpixel2k@RestoredMySoul@Herr_Oberst45@BishopJaxi@needGod_net Can you find me anyone other than yourself that believes we could eat animals in the garden? The same perfect paradise the Prophet Isaiah said would be restored where all created lived in peace?
Or should I take your fallible opinion for granted?
@darkpixel2k@RestoredMySoul@Herr_Oberst45@BishopJaxi@needGod_net I don’t need the word “now”, it just helped to clarify.
If we were allowed to eat meat in the garden, why distinguish it after the flood? Why say “just as I gave you green herbs”?
You’re so set on “God can’t change” you’ll ignore a very obvious example of His decree changing!
@darkpixel2k@RestoredMySoul@Herr_Oberst45@BishopJaxi@needGod_net Do you think there was poison hemlock in Eden?
If there were, would it matter? This is about permission from God, not a dinner suggestion.
Can you actually address my point? Did or did not God change what we were allowed to eat?
@darkpixel2k@RestoredMySoul@Herr_Oberst45@BishopJaxi@needGod_net Did God change when He first told man to eat only plants, then told Noah that animals are now fit for food?
Or do WE change, and God gives us things for our hard hearts and seeks to change them?
@RestoredMySoul@darkpixel2k@Herr_Oberst45@BishopJaxi@needGod_net His name isn’t Yeshua. Goes to your Judaizing. He would have an Aramaic name, Yesu.
Unless you think the Council of Jerusalem is a tradition of men, then I’m going by the word of God. It is an unbearable yoke that I am not bound to.
@RestoredMySoul@darkpixel2k@Herr_Oberst45@BishopJaxi@needGod_net They broke bread (partook of the Eucharist, which is worship) on the first day of the week, which is Sunday. (Acts 20:7)
The day they broke bread is the Lord’s Day. (Didache Chapter 14)
Therefore, they broke bread on Sunday, the Lord’s Day.
Do you have an argument to this?
@darkpixel2k@RestoredMySoul@Herr_Oberst45@BishopJaxi@needGod_net Can you ever ask questions in good faith? Seriously?
The other guy stated that the Lord’s Day is the Sabbath. All I did was prove that they called the day of worship and breaking bread the Lord’s Day, and this was the day after the Sabbath.
