I'm a Youth Advocate in the HIV prevention, treatment & cure space. My reason (This is a summary btw) is to learn more about the research being done on HIV cure. What new strategies are there to combat drug resistance? What about managing comorbidities like TB & Mental health?👇🏽

I honestly wasn't going to say anything. I was just going to accept the outcome and move on. But after receiving the email this morning that my IAS Full Scholarship has been switched to a Virtual scholarship, it hurt me & I can't just keep quiet about it.

This is what happened👇🏽

For what reasons? They selected 3.
1. My purpose for going is not reliable.
2. My documents are not authentic, and for the star of the show...
3. They doubt I'll come back to my country after the conference.

I didn't even react. I was just there trying to understand it 👇🏽👇🏽
