@ChachavaMc I agree, more awareness is needed. That is true in general for all mental health issues. One thing to try and learn is to recognize when it is controllable and preventable. There will always be times it gets the best of you.

@ChachavaMc I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child, and I can agree it's not easy to deal with... definitely something that takes constant vigilance. Learning more about it really helps...
