It’s National Pain Awareness Week! My piece of the puzzle is understanding how we put pain research into ACTION for kids! We all have a piece of the puzzle when it comes to improving practices in #ChildPain. What’s yours? 🧩 @KidsInPain#PainPuzzle#PrioritizePain#NPAW2022
@AGraham1TEMS@CTVNews The children involved in the convoy are not at risk. They have food, shelter, access to health care and hygiene. They also have loving and supportive families and are making new friends, exercising and being outside.
@Iddoitagain @mcbjjdad3 @CTVCalgary You cannot say this for sure. Many people have anxiety when covering up their body part, feeling insecure people won’t understand them, having mental health issues about not seeing their friends faces.
@Billy_Ows All great Canadian self published books start on the docks of SaDaNoMi and continue well into the year; in bed sleeplessly, around 2am. Take this note from a self published author!
@Just_Cartooning@Billy_Ows @ErikJLarsen There is not a single person, especially educators who should joke about people who cannot spell. Bullying on social media is not ok. Joking or not. I am a disability advocate, advocating for people who feel they do not have a voice or that their voices cannot be heard.
@Just_Cartooning@Billy_Ows @ErikJLarsen No matter how hard a student works at perfecting grammatically correct sentence structure, the outcome could easily be the same. There are many students with identified and hidden learning disabilities applying to post-secondary.Spend more time encouraging them to apply instead
BREAKING: @ongov to announce (imminently) schools will go online for the next 2 weeks. As bitter a pill for some who will struggle mightily during this time, this will afford some needed time to upgrade safety measures, defuse the surge of Omicron.
