Played a few games, first impressions:

-learn rocket
-Dive dps are gone
-Dino is gutted, nerfing his damage was one thing but his survivability too is nasty.
- Folks still have Gambit PTSD
-Time to learn strange and mag.

I really thought Black Cat was gonna be their dive cash cow that they never nerf, kind of like how Luna and Invis are for support, but man, the new Black Cat is GENUINELY unplayable.

It's possible to adapt but what's the point? All the nerfs stacked up make her so unfun to play. It's one thing to nerf a hero, it's another to completely eradicate them.
