@brandi_unruh@smorgan_pln Anywhere, anytime. All the time. I think that these conversations can and should happen anywhere and anytime. It allows families to feel genuinely heard and understood.
@tweetMrEthan @smorgan_pln I love it! I made a point of this last year and interviewed families and presented information to my kindergarten students about the different cultures represented in our classroom.
@Librarystar We're definitely working on being better about CRT this year, especially getting to know our community and make sure our teaching practices are culturally responsive.

@tweetMrEthan @smorgan_pln This. I wish I could spend all day doing this one piece alone. My favorite part of teaching is the relationships we get to build with students and families.
@mrvesco@KSDEredesign I love it! I need a committee like this in my school. My biggest challenge this year has been being in a school that is 100% virtual all year long. Keeping 5 year olds engaged during a google meet is often a task. Shout out to @redbull for my daily energy
A4. The easiest way to assess the need is to ask and listen. Start that dialogue with community members and families. Give them an equal voice at the table and identify those issues as a community and create an action plan. #KSEDCHAT#AASL#KASL#IMLS#MOEDCHAT#ARKEDCHAT
@tweetMrEthan @smorgan_pln Have y'all been able to continue that with COVID this year? It hurt my heart having to shut our doors last year to visitors.
