The issue sits between authorization and registry-state commitment.
The protocol derives authority at S₀, performs the transition, then reaches the final commit path with authorization that is never rebound to S₁.
@stakehouse_BSN The protocol knows *who* is authorized.
What it fails to bind is *when* that authorization applies.
S₀ grants the authority.
S₁ inherits it.
And the commit accepts it as though nothing changed.
