@NHAI_Official मेरी गाड़ी NE4 पर बंध होगई मैने 1033 पर फोन लगाया 15 मिनट के बाद फोन उठा। उनके पास कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है। वह लोग लोकल मैकेनिक को भेजते है जो एक विजिट के 2500 से 3500 चार्ज करते है। कोई टोइंग वन की व्यवस्था नहीं है के आप को अगले एग्जिट तक ले जाए। @nitin_gadkari

There must be proper arrangement to assist breakdown vehicles on ne4. Services of 1033 is absolutely useless they don't pick up on time they have send the people who are useless they know nothing.

@1033_Helpline @NHAI_Official @nitin_gadkari How will you resolve the issue you don't have adequate and qualified people who are called mechanic and you also don't have any towing vehicle which at least can drop us to next exit. Mechanic called me and said I will charge 2500 rps of just visiting charge this is what you do.

@IndiGo6E We took flight 6E92 to Mumbai. Asked for blanket or Shawl and pillow for sick aunty aged 80. Surprisingly international flight does now have any thing. Asked about refrigerator they said we don't have, do you match international flying standard?
