Tried multiple times to use the online chat to speak to someone @O2 to upgrade and I constantly told by the bot that the team are too busy and it would take too long and then the chat closes, surely it’s my decision if I want to wait to be connected? Very frustrating

@SimplyBeUK I placed an order on Friday for next day delivery. So delivery should have been Saturday as I ordered well before cut off, today , one items has randomly been delivered but nothing else and the tracking hasn’t updated since Saturday at 1:30am
