Green stated in his presser that this was the 2nd time this happened first by Monk in game 1 & by Sabonis in game 2 and the ref was watching but did nothing! The pulling on one's ankle is just as egregious & absolutely a dirty play.

It is kind of awkward anyways trying to recruit a coach while he is in the midst of a NBA finals. He most likely was not able to focus more keenly on this dramatic decision.
