@SkyUK your service is beyond awful. I’ve been waiting in a queue to talk to someone in cancellations. After 5 mins he mysteriously went on silent. I waited for 10 mins then hung up.
And now I’m in a queue again for cancellations waiting for another 15 mins so far.
