Tengo el conocimiento aproximado de muchas cosas. He formado opiniones sobre varias y, a veces, me da por escribir al respecto xD. Así que, nada, un hilo sobre mis hilos porque why not:
Aromantic, asexual, and aspec people are infantilized because attraction and partnership are viewed as a prerequisite to adulthood. This is harmful and projects that we'll "grow up eventually" but also that we aren't mature enough to consent or have valuable relationships
Absolutely. As we explained in a recent post: Resistance isn’t about picking the ‘good’ AI over the ‘bad’—that’s just a marketing trap. Real resistance means fighting for AI-free spaces and institutions.
My sociology professor once said in class:
“If you want to understand wars, your starting point must be to make a world map and mark the major sources of natural resources”.
Imperialism is actually quite simple to understand.
They’re committing crimes against humanity, to cover up crimes against humanity, to distract people from investigating their past crimes against humanity.
if you don’t see how being anti-piracy is classist you’re obviously not as educated as you think you are. education is for everyone, not only those who can pay for it. to be anti-piracy is to be part of the system to keep marginalized people oppressed.
If you are reading pirated books, you can support the author by giving them book reviews, encouraging those with money to buy them or even buying a copy the day you can afford.
That’s just my belief. Books should be accessible and if we could buy every book we wanted, we would.
It just occurred to me that many people think "queer coding" is something we invented to be delusional about ships- rather than it being a real storytelling technique that's a byproduct of the 1930s Hays Code. You know, the one that PROHIBITED queer representation in media..
“Los estadounidenses son muy afortunados, porque dondequiera que van para exportar la libertad… encuentran petróleo.”

Don't be surprised JK Rowling & other transphobes are going after asexual people
There's a reason LGBTQIA+ people formed a community, & it's because these prejudices are all linked
One of the most common misconceptions about identifying as asexual is being repulsed by sex. But the truth is, asexuality is a spectrum; it is not a monolithic identity. No matter what you feel about sex, you are valid as an asexual.
