Did you know that according to Guinness World Records, the Zurich based company @hiltl is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world?
It was founded in 1898 by Ambrosius Hiltl, son of a small farmer from the German town of Neumarkt, as a "vegetarian home & temperance café".
