Any other #ADHD folk finding it near impossible to tell if medication is having an effect?
I think I have been overly influenced by the YouTube tribe and expected a miracle/ massive light bulb moment.
Stories of gentle, almost imperceptible improvement would help me right now.

@JillD86 Thanks for replying. The Non-stimulant medication is currently out of stock in the UK so not an option. Choices are 2 diff stimulant meds or no meds.
I've tried both stims & not noticed much difference. But I worry that I'm just not very observant or that I'm expecting too much
