@GNRailUK We were lucky to get on a replacement bus, but there are still people there who have been waiting for transport for almost 4 hours. It will get worse when more trains arrive at the station.

@GNRailUK The situation outside Letchworth Gardrn City Rail station is not under control. It’s absolute chaos. Only one member of great northern is trying to control crowd and allocate transport. Police is not doing anything to help.
