Nice reaction after taking the low at 87976. Still in the long from 88300 (quoted post).

Heavy selling hit the lows with strong absorption.
Large negative delta (–19.3M – Bybit) with high volume (57.5M) and no continuation confirms seller exhaustion.
CVD shows a bullish divergence and OI increases + new shorts entered at the bottom.

Buyers absorbed the selling pressure through passive limit orders.
Short squeeze.

Schiff Pitchfork, another tool that helped quite a lot.

I was presenting the idea that once price returned to that Pitchfork range this year, the chances were quite high that we could see some top forming there.

In the meantime, price reached that zone again and you can see the same aggressive reaction as before (last cycles).

The timing shifted a bit, and the drop came from the Level 1 Fib Time (which pointed to October), also something I explained in previous YouTube live sessions.

So far it’s fine, but we can say it had the full 100% "effect" only after it breaks structure on the monthly (drops below 74K). Until then, any bounce is welcome.

With the latest posts I just want to highlight that there were levels on a few tools that helped us, up to those levels we could remain bullish.
I did not say anything about a bear market yet, I am only saying that back then we could anticipate aggressive drops from those levels.

We can talk more about a bear market only when it breaks structure on the monthly, that would be the correct approach.
