@JoshuaSteinman We only used them for insurance. They were so incredibly high compared to others and when it c ame time to make a claim, they fought tooth and nail to not pay out. Had to hire outside counsel to get a totalled truck paid for and replaced. Dropped them and never looked back

@dylthorn @christmaslightr A week or two, sometimes as little as two days on install. For takedown, he just shows up and removes them leaving a neat pile on the porch for me to deal with (which I'm totally fine with)

@christmaslightr @dylthorn My light guy just asks yes/no this year and then tells me when he's coming by to put up and take down. Doesn't "ask" just does. I figured that was pretty standard.
