The system is broken.
And the people are bleeding.
Yet, in spite of everything, a piece of us still believes Nigeria can rise again.
Because we’ve seen nations come back from worse.
We’ve seen light break through long nights.
So today, I say it again not as a whisper,
What is a Web3 role?
A Web3 role is simply a job but instead of working in a normal company like a bank, agency or tech startup, you work for a crypto project / blockchain project / NFT brand / DAO or an exchange.
Think of it like this☟
In Web2 you can work for Access Bank, MTN, Jumia, Shoprite etc.
In Web3 you can work for Binance, Solana, Arbitrum, a DeFi protocol, an NFT project, or even a DAO.
same idea but different environment.
But the way you get the job is actually different.
➥ In Web2 you mostly need:
➛ University degree
➛ CV
➛ years of experience
➛ connections
➥ In Web3 the most important thing is
what can you do today and what value can you add even if you’re still learning?
Let’s say you are good at writing threads.
In Web2 maybe you wait for an internship first.
In Web3 you can start writing threads breaking down projects today and people will see your skill publicly on X.
That can literally get you hired without work experience.
Same for:
➙ someone who explains protocols on TikTok
➙ someone who does community moderation on Discord
➙ someone who designs simple graphics
➙ someone who helps research new tokens
That’s why we say:
Web3 rewards proof of work.
Not certificates.
Not age.
Not who your uncle knows.
If you can add value, there is a space for you.
A Web3 role simply means you are contributing inside the crypto ecosystem and you get paid for it in USDT or crypto
be it full-time, part-time or task based.
And yes, anyone can break in if they put the effort into learning a skill and showing that skill publicly.
If you’re willing to learn, stay consistent, and put your work out publicly, opportunities will find you faster than you expect.
Web3 is still early. There is room for you here

We’ve seen many projects step into the world of customizable CAs recently. Some are trying to catch up, others are trying to stand out.
But if we’ve learned anything at @mintlabdotfun, it’s this, having a working product isn’t enough anymore.
Anyone can ship something that “works.” But not everyone can build something that truly performs, scales, and sets a new standard for others to follow.
That’s what @mintlabdotfun was built for.
Customizable CAs Were Just the Beginning
When @mintlabdotfun was launched, the goal wasn’t just to make vanity or customized Contract Addresses possible. It was to make them meaningful.
Because a CA isn’t just a string of letters and numbers. it’s the DNA of your project. It represents identity, community, and credibility.
We’ve studied the data, and one thing is clear: Tokens with customized CAs tend to graduate more than those with random or standard ones.
That’s not luck that’s intentional design.
It’s the difference between just deploying a token… and deploying one that carries a purpose, brand, and emotional connection from the very first second it hits the chain.
Building a Product That Outperforms, Not Just Competes
In Web3, everyone talks about innovation but few talk about refinement.
At MintLab, refinement is our focus.
Every part of our stack from CA customization to smart contract execution is built to outperform existing solutions. Not just in functionality, but in reliability, flexibility, and experience.
Because when you’re building for creators, your product can’t just be “working.” It has to be trusted, intelligent, and future-ready.
That’s the bar we hold ourselves to and that’s what separates @mintlabdotfun from the rest.
What’s Next for MintLab
We’ve been working quietly behind the scenes, expanding our technology stack and preparing updates that will open even more possibilities for creators on Solana.
Here’s a glimpse of what’s coming:
⇛ 8-letter Vanity CA integration
⇛ Integration with biggest launchpads and Dexes
More updates are coming but can’t be shared for now🙏
And this is just the start.
We’re experimenting with deeper protocol-level features, improving CA intelligence, and refining user experience to make MintLab the most advanced token creation layer in the Solana ecosystem.
We haven’t hit most of our milestone yet but our direction is clear, and every line of code brings us closer.
We’ve seen the rise of many token tools, but we believe the next era belongs to platforms that don’t just enable creation they enhance it.
MintLab isn’t trying to be another tool in the mix. We’re building the foundation for the next generation of on-chain token experiences.
