Order win alert 🚨

Pace Digitek's subsidiary, Lineage Power Pvt Ltd, received a Letter of Award worth Rs. 929.25 Million (including GST) from Kalpa Power Pvt Ltd for supply and commissioning support of a 100 MWh Battery Energy Storage System. The order is to be completed by December 31, 2026. The contract is from a domestic entity with no promoter interest or related party involvement.

Data Patterns received a new order worth Rs. 585.76 Crores from Bharat Electronics for supply of Radar Electronics. As of July 30, 2026, the company's order book was Rs. 2,654 Cr (including negotiated orders). Since then, orders totaling Rs. 771.08 Cr were received, of which Rs. 745.93 Cr were already considered negotiated and Rs. 25.15 Cr are new orders including this major Rs. 585.76 Cr order.

Welspun Corp Limited has secured the largest single order in its history valued at approx USD 1.8 billion (~₹17,200 Crore) for pipe supplies from its USA manufacturing facility. The order will be executed during FY 2028 and FY 2029. This order increases the company's global order book to a record USD 4.4 billion (~₹42,100 Crore). It underscores the company's strong position in the North American energy market and validates its scale and execution capabilities.

Company approved acquisition of 2,38,44,000 shares representing 64.26% of Kronox Lab Sciences at ₹103.22/share totaling ₹246.12 Cr. The acquisition is expected within three months with no regulatory approvals required. Post-acquisition, Indo Borax and Zenrock Chemicals will make a mandatory open offer for 95,70,000 shares (25.79%) at ₹157.27/share, as per SEBI SAST regulations.

Top Gold ETFs and how to decide 🧵

Why now?
- Fundamentally: Central banks continue to accumulate gold as they diversify their reserves and reduce dependence on the US dollar.Indian Gold ETF demand also reached a record 24 tonnes in H1 2026, up 163% year on year.

- Technically: Recently gave a breakout and is finding a support near its 40-week EMA. If it sustains above this level, the current breakout could offer an attractive opportunity.

How to decide?
Most Gold ETFs invest in the same underlying asset, so their returns are usually similar. Instead of chasing past returns, compare these five factors:

1. Tracking error: It shows how closely the ETF follows domestic gold prices. Lower is better.

2. Expense ratio: This is the annual cost charged by the fund. Lower costs help, but should not be considered alone.

3. Liquidity: Prefer ETFs with high trading volume and a narrow bid-ask spread. This helps you buy and sell at a fair price.

4. AUM: A larger fund is generally more established and may offer better liquidity.

5. iNAV: Before buying, compare iNAV with the selling price in your broker. Avoid paying a large premium and use a limit order.
