People commenting here have no clue at all what he's getting at. Getting the boss involved doesn't mean it's compromise either. It means you get another eyeball on the problem and another point of view. It's also not emotional. You do the work to get the data first. Then if you have all the data you need you disagree and commit. If that's not enough the boss will bring other people on board until we have enough of the picture to make a bet/decision.

Not undermine and disgruntled half ass do something. People who lose generally sabotage and commit subterfuge to make sure the other person fails and you're right in the end. Which is how most companies operate and fail.

Your view is completely tainted by the fact you're from the city and surrounded by soy leftists from Melbourne and Sydney. Plenty of rural Australians have held and own firearms.

The problem is they're persistently outvoted by the cities. The people who have views on the topic in Australia are terrified of voicing their support for it, lest the radical leftists take away what little rights they have left.

There are millions and millions of firearms in Australia. And many hundreds of thousands of law abiding firearm owners.
