Arrived at my local UPS destination, next up should of been "Out for delivery"... nope somehow got to Richmond 100 miles away instead. Talk to @UPS customer service and all sudden notes are added in MD saying there is a delay which is irrelevant bc it made it to Suffolk on time.

Don't even rely on @UPS paid "Guarantee" delivery window. It only means they will mess it up and cause something you needed by a certain date to arrive 3 days later meaning you have to take another day off work. Screwed.

@hulu_support Appreciate the feedback but that’s all pretty basic troubleshooting that I’ve done many times (I have an IT & Networking background). There are plenty of instances of people with the same issue on boards. It’s gotten better since HuluTV launched but still bad.

@hulu_support I’ve looked at that... my connection is above requirements. My router configuration is optimal. One of your suggestions is to remove the other devices from my network... that’s funny. YouTubeTV nor DirectTV Now either had the buffer issues with live during my trials
