I am in the comment section of this post and a lot of you are saying that Dangote's pay is poor.

A company that pays more than 80% of her staff over 450k a month!

Some are complaining that he pays more in bank fees than he does for his workers, but you do not see that that in itself is a problem for his business?

I have no skin in the game but I need to address a few things:

First of all, his pay structure is higher than national average.

Secondly, maybe if the banks stop extracting so much from him he would be able to pay his staff more. And no, the banks are not to be blamed here either. If you don't know who should be blamed then maybe this conversation is above your grade.

Thirdly, X has deceived you all that everyone is balling. If I were a betting man, I would bet that 90% of you saying this thing do not even earn 400k a month.

Lastly, if Dangote offered to hire you for 450k today, you would start yesterday.
