Lots of management talk is being brought up for the egirls. There’s nothing wrong with getting help for your pages. I’ve hired people to help and answer questions for my fans for years, but the difference is creating healthy boundaries and expectations.

“Traditional” management especially in the OF community relies on overseas chatters (cheap labor) and revenue goals that promote predatory behavior.

Often these chatting systems invite parasocial behavior by creating 24/7 access to a character the fan believes is real and relatable to them.

These chatters are not against pretending to be in a relationship or caring about the fan in order to earn an extra $50 because that is a lot to them.

It’s okay to have your character and brand create a fantasy experience but when the fan cannot tell the difference you are being predatory.

Ways you can hire help without being predatory:
1. Schedule posts for you (SFW & NSFW)
2. Create menus
3. Complete orders
4. Help create video ideas
5. Put together outfits
6. Organize content
8. Edit compilation videos
9. Create content bundles and specials

deadlock update is exactly what i wish overwatch would do. take risks and change the game drastically for both new players and players that play the game all day. adding new heroes is GOOD to do but there is no reason to not pair it with more extreme gameplay updates

A 2x OWL Champion, 1x OWCS Champion, and 2022 Role Star, smurf retired in 2024 after most recently playing for the Boston Uprising and Team Falcons and now returns to professional Overwatch having completed his military service.
