@wesbos@syntaxfm Also, using the Git Lens extension was a game changer. Working on a team, it saves so much time when you need to know who wrote some code, or when some code was changed.
@wesbos@syntaxfm For a while, I stuck to the terminal for the basic git commands. Then I started using the source control tab to view and stage changes, commit, and push. I’d say I use the GUI in VS Code 90% of the time now. I still use the terminal for some more complicated git scenarios.
Getting ready for some off-the-grid working this summer. 100W solar panel and Yeti 500x from @GoalZero. Powers my #renewableenergy#webdevelopment set up quite nicely.
Just finished days 3 and 4 of #javascript30. Even though I've been developing in JS for almost 3 years, I'm still learning new tricks. Always feels good to brush up on some basics. Thanks @wesbos. Shoutout to @ForgilleNate for sharpening his #webdev skills.
This is my favorite week of the year, leading up to Easter Sunday.
The message of Easter is redemption, peace, healing, and triumph over death. No matter what is broken, it can be fixed through the atonement of Jesus Christ.
Have a great week ❤️
