Here are 3 simple things you can do EVERY day:

3️⃣ Don’t forget to floss!

No o. PCOS does NOT mean you are infertile, it just means you might not release eggs regularly (ovulation).
If an egg is not released, sperm cannot fertilize it. That is the issue.
But many women with PCOS get pregnant naturally. Some just need small help like lifestyle changes (diet/exercise) or medication to stimulate ovulation.
You can still have children.
1. BRUSH TWICE DAILY.
Morning and night. No shortcuts.
2. USE FLUORIDE TOOTHPASTE.
It strengthens enamel and prevents cavities.
3. BRUSH FOR 2 MINUTES.
Short brushing does almost nothing.
4. CLEAN YOUR TONGUE DAILY.
Most bad breath comes from the tongue.
5. FLOSS OR USE INTERDENTAL BRUSHES.
Your toothbrush can’t clean between your teeth.
6. DON’T RINSE AFTER BRUSHING.
Spit out the foam and let the fluoride stay.
7. DRINK MORE WATER.
It reduces dry mouth and washes away acids.
8. AVOID BRUSHING RIGHT AFTER ACIDIC FOODS/DRINKS.
Wait 20–30 minutes to protect your enamel.
9. LIMIT SUGARY SNACKS.
The more frequently you snack, the more cavities develop.
10. CHANGE YOUR TOOTHBRUSH EVERY 3 MONTHS.
Worn-out bristles don’t clean well.
11. VISIT THE DENTIST EVERY 6 MONTHS.
Check-ups catch problems early.
