@RoyalMail had a parcel due to be delivered on Saturday, but wasn't, due to weather conditions. Tracking says pending, will aim to deliver on the next working day. When is tracking likely to update, or will they just attempt delivery? Thank you
@virginmedia I keep getting calls and messages for one of your customers. I've told several advisors that they have the wrong number, and they promised to remove it. Clearly, this has not happened as I've had a customer service text π€¦πΌββοΈ please can you remove my number finally??
@virginmedia A member of staff. It's mainly texts, which I cannot block, and when a member of staff has called, for your customer, I politely say they have the wrong number and they promise to remove it, but clearly don't as I received another text yesterday for Dorothy....
