Akiva Premachandra

I sometimes play Magic: The Gathering

@Ojiro23 What do you take out to play purge and wear/tear. Does diluting adding a 3rd color make the deck feel clunkier ?

Well done on your finish!

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

@Mengu09 I’m only seeing this at 2.5$ no big spike :o

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

@TSPJendrek Would you ever consider removing 1 Ketramose for 1 more main board FoN?

Or is the whole point to ensure you draw a ketra ?

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

@TSPJendrek Exciting! Super keen to see how it might have evolved

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

@jakoboffline @fireshoes When do you bring is the stallion? Is it just to outrace ?

@peter_husisian @RiptideMTG @fireshoes Pure sadness on the stack. Run it back in pioneer! 😭😭

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

@peter_husisian @RiptideMTG @fireshoes The Talent got banned! So sad, really hoping that the deck can find a suitable replacement 😭😭😭

Quarter Finals: 2-0 UW Momo
Semifinals: 1-2 UR Prowess

Ended up coming 3-4 out of 22 players.

Gonna keep grinding the deck, seemingly no one in my local meta is aware of or plays a deck like this. Overall, being able to get a W on turn 3 in standard is just too much fun.

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

3-0-2 at store champs, getting knocked out in Semis eith @peter_husisian ‘s Sewer Cam Combo Deck.

What a sick deck, can’t wait to keep playing this.

R1: 2-0 GW Ouro
R2: 2-0 UR Prowess
R3: 2-0 Jeskai Oculus Reanimator
R4: ID 4c Control
R5: ID Mardu Cool But Rude

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

@NimblestM @RelicTcg What are the top 8 decks at the event ?

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

A new day, a new duel commander event!

Today’s commander; Lazav, Wearer of Faces.

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

Top 8
R1 - Kalia Of The Vast, 2-0W
R2 - Satya, Aetherflux Genius, 2-0W
Finals - Satya, Aetherflux Genius, 2-0W

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

With yet another battle for dual land, duel commander event tomorrow I have secured the goods to enable a busted deck!

Say hello to my little friend.

#MTG #DualCommander

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

Took this deck to a 1st place finish, winning a revised Taiga!

Swiss
R1 - Caesar, Legion’s Emperor, 2-0W
R2 - Obeka, Splitter of Seconds, 2-0W
R3 - Minsc, Beloved Ranger, 1-2L
R4 - Yoshi/Bruse - 2-0W

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

Small event with Satya today.

1 - 1 D against Slimefoot & Squee
2 - 0 against Ghyrson Starn
2 - 0 against Kalia of the Vast

That draw is a blemish on my otherwise perfect record tonight.

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

I really should get some sleep.

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

I’ve got the deck building bug but SPECIFICALLY for duel commander!

Next up on the list, Ezio Auditore Da Firenze!

[Akiva Premachandra @zzzlagbrah]

Duel commander is one of the single most fun formats of Magic the Gathering I have played in the longest time.

Right at the helm of all this fun is what I believe to be the best commander in the format right now; Satya, Aetherflux Genius.
