Either you go in to win, or you accept defeat.
Resuming attacks on Iran remains a card on Trump’s table, but it is highly unlikely. The scarcity of interceptors and precision munitions has not changed much over the past six months.
The embargo imposed on Iran led Tehran to operate the Houthis and also impose a blockade on the Saudis. There is now a stranglehold on energy flows through both straits.
Bombs will not solve this. In February, based on flawed calculations, bombs were tried, and the result was a complete failure relative to the war’s objectives. That is defeat.
In a situation like this, either you go all-in with a major air, sea, and ground operation, knowing that, on terrain like Iran’s, defeat is a real possibility, or you accept that the war has failed and negotiate the economic recovery.
In a region that is the energy heart of the planet, one cannot pretend there has been no defeat and stretch the war on for months at the expense of the entire world.

Israel doesn’t need to hide its crimes.
Because the U.S. has made sure the world won’t name them.
Genocide becomes "defense."
Ethnic cleansing becomes "evacuation."
Occupation becomes "sovereignty."
And the people trying to survive it all become "the threat."
This is not just propaganda.
It is the architecture of impunity.
I have never seen an author open their books with such rousing beauty & eloquence except al-Ghazali, so much so that the greatness survives even the passage into another language.
@jaredkushner Oh it's much worse than that! Kushner & Witkoff used the Iran peace talks to profit: knew when a ceasefire/"deal is near" headline was coming, oil shorts placed minutes before, oil dropped, ~$9B made.
Gaza will haunt this century the way Vietnam haunted the last.
Not because it was unseen.
Because it was seen and allowed.
Because the victims spoke and were ignored.
Because the world had every chance to say no.
And chose comfort.
Chose caution.
Chose career safety.
Chose the scroll.
That is the true scandal of Gaza.
For years Maisara Baroud kept a daily visual diary, filling sketchbooks with drawings of the world around him.
On October 7, 2023, the diary changed. Baroud continued drawing each day, but began using the pages to record the war unfolding around him in Gaza. The following day his office was destroyed. On October 9, his home and studio were destroyed along with his paintings, books and art supplies.
Baroud kept drawing. In the days that followed, he shared works including In the Sky There Is a Wide Space for Those Who Climb to It. The daily diary became I Am Still Alive, an ongoing record that has continued through years of displacement.
@piersmorgan Piers the private viewing you got shown of the fake rapes was all actors, made before Oct 7th in preparation for this! Hamas are deeply religious and would never rape or harm a women or child . You are a vile racist who will never ever see the truth.
It’s worth noting that two of the biggest players of the holocaust industry were Leslie Wexner and Robert Maxwell.
Maxwell through his textbook company that dictated how Americans and europeans would learn about ww2.
And Wexner through the Wexner foundation and the many branches of it donated many many millions over the years.
Obviously because they both were very passionate about education.
@literaryeric The book that could truly change your life and awaken you would be: “Under the banner of the flood” it’s in arabic but Claude does a great job of translating. The book is a pdf and free to download online
We just released a short film on our investigation into the U.S. bombing of the Minab school in Iran in the opening hours of the war on February 28,2026.
The stories survivors, parents, first responders and others shared with us will forever haunt me.
