هم میهنان عزیزم،

امسال چهل و هفتمین سال درگذشت شاهنشاه ایران در مصر است، و در تمامی این سال ها حضور پر شکوه و چشمگیر شما نشانه بارزی از ارج نهادن به خاطره آن پادشاه بزرگ و خاندان پهلوی است.

جمهوری مصر و روسای جمهور آن از همان ابتدا، تا به امروز، همیشه و با ابراز محبتی بر��درانه نسبت به خانواده پهلوی، در کنار ما بوده اند، و من برای همیشه از این همه لطف و دوستی بی شائبه سپاسگزار و قدردان هستم.

امسال دولت مصر، به دلیل مسائل امنیتی و همینطور اوضاع آشفته و درهم منطقه ای، صلاح در آن دیده که این مراسم در سطح دیداری محدود و تنها برای خاندان پهلوی انجام پذیرد.

رعایت کامل چنین تصمیمی برای من، همه فامیل پهلوی، و همچنین همه ایرانیان راستین و میهن پرست بطور کامل لازم است، و توقع من از همه هم میهنانم احترام و ارج گذاری به این تصمیم ملت و دولت دوست و برادر ماست.

Joint Statement on the July 4 Rallies Held Outside U.S. Embassies

"Statement by Freedom-Loving Iranians on the 250th Anniversary of American Independence

On this Fourth of July, the 250th anniversary of the independence of the United States of America, we extend our warmest congratulations to the American people.

Two hundred and fifty years ago, the United States was founded on freedom, self-determination, government by the will of the people, and resistance to tyranny. Today, the people of Iran are fighting for those same ideals.

Across the world, freedom-loving Iranians have gathered outside U.S. embassies to honor this historic day and to send a clear message to American policymakers: the aspirations of the Iranian people are aligned with America’s founding principles. Freedom, human dignity, and self-determination are universal values.

The Iranian people have paid a high price in defence of these values.

Today’s gatherings coincide with the six-month mark of the January 8–9 massacre, when more than 40,000 Iranians were murdered in pursuit of freedom. Executions, repression, and human rights violations continue across Iran. We honor all those who gave their lives for a free Iran. Their sacrifice must never be forgotten.

We also thank the United States for Operation Epic Fury, which brought some justice to those responsible for killing countless innocent Iranians, including Ali Khamenei. For many Iranians, it was a moment of accountability and hope.

America was born resisting tyranny. It must not now inadvertently help tyranny survive in Iran.

We respectfully call on the United States to reject any agreement or policy that preserves, legitimizes, finances, or strengthens the Islamic Republic. Such a policy would betray America’s founding principles and weaken the hopes of millions of Iranians fighting for freedom.

Iran’s future must be determined by the Iranian people alone. We support a peaceful transition to a free, democratic, secular Iran. Millions of Iranians recognize Prince Reza Pahlavi as the leader of the National Revolution, and many have sacrificed their lives so the voice of the Iranian people can be heard.

We ask the United States to stand with the people of Iran, to oppose the regime that represses them and destabilizes the region.

Freedom is the birthright of every nation and every human being.

Don’t deal with terrorists.

Stand with the people of Iran."
