- Zama sorts all bids from highest price → lowest price.
- They start giving tokens from the highest bidders until supply finishes.

The last price where tokens get sold = Clearing Price. This is the price everyone pays.

What happens after?
- Bid above clearing price: Full tokens + refund (you pay less than your bid)
- Bid at clearing price: Full or partial tokens & refund remaining if partial
- Bid below clearing price: Full refund

This system is very fair for normal users.

- Imagine Zama is selling 1,000 tokens.
- 4 people bid: Alice, Bob, Charlie, David.
- Only their price is visible, not the token amount.

→ Step 1 - Their Bids:
- Alice: 400 tokens @ $5
- Bob: 600 tokens @ $4
- Charlie: 300 tokens @ $3
- David: 500 tokens @ $2

→ Step 2 - Zama sorts prices:

1. $5 (Alice)
2. $4 (Bob)
3. $3 (Charlie)
4. $2 (David)

→ Step 3 - Allocation:
- Alice gets 400
- Bob gets 600 → here 1000 tokens finished

• Clearing price = $4

→Step 4 - Refunds:
- Alice: bid 5 → pays 4 → gets $400 refund
- Bob: bid 4 → pays 4 → no refund
- Charlie: below price → 0 tokens + full refund
- David: below price → 0 tokens + full refund
