R.K. Sharma, 59, who came for the Tiranga march outside Central Park in Connaught Place, said that India needs a Chief Election Commissioner like T.N. Seshan.

"We need an impartial Chief Election Commissioner like T.N. Seshan. He worked for the country and not for any political party. He enforced and penalised political parties, introduced photo electoral rolls. Public needs the trust back," Mr. Sharma said.

"I voted for BJP in 2014 and 2019. But I don't believe any party should stay in power for more than 10 years. BJP is setting the wrong precedent. If we don't demand change now, future political parties can also misuse the electoral system in their favour," he added.

Central Park, CP has an amphitheatre with a capacity of 350 and on festive occasions can house thousands of people. #cjp_पार्टी Let's say CJP was allowed to raise Tiranga there -how many would have collected? 5000 or 10000? Police could have negotiated with conditions - go through only underpass, no vandalisation of public property, collection of trash or payment, no acts of provocation. Any violation will be met by police action. Result: CJP made aware of responsibility and a template for future protests. Use drones, body cams and CCTVs for close watch and police to be in Roman Legion formations well geared.
Instead of this, a ban would lead to daily protests and repetition of unpleasant incidents, charges and counter charges and court hearings.
Why make things complicated when you can resolve them amicably - at least try! @LtGovDelhi @CPDelhi

सोचिए कि ये क्यों नहीं हेडगेवार,गोलवरकर,श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी व अन्य हिन्दूवादी नेताओं का नाम देश के संदर्भ में लेते? क्योंकि उनका देश के लिए कोई योगदान नहीं था।वस्तुतः ये देश विरोधी गतिविधियों में लिप्त थे।
ये उन नेताओं का नाम लेते हैं जो इनकी सोच के विरोधी थे। कभी सुभाष चंद्र बोस, कभी सरदार पटेल तो कभी आजाद भगत सिंह की नाम लेते हैं।
आरएसएस और इसके पाले हुए लोग कभी देशप्रेमी हो ही नहीं सकते और न ही देश की जनता को समान दृष्टि से देखते हैं।

हर रिपोर्ट में इसका ज़िक्र होता ही है कि चुनाव आयोग को सवाल भेजा गया मगर जवाब नहीं दिया। किसी को जवाब नहीं देता है। बिहार में तार्किक विसंगति नहीं थी, बंगाल में बिना घोषणा के आ गई और बंगाल चुनाव के बाद तार्किक विसंगति की घोषणा होती है। इस समय असम में SIR नहीं IR होता है। चुनाव बंगाल और असम में एक साथ हुए लेकिन एक में SIR दूसरे में IR. दरअसल इसकी कहानी में इतना झोल है कि हर बार आप सारे तथ्यों को दोहरा नहीं सकते। न लोगों को याद रहता है। इसी पर SIR टिका हुआ है कि किसी को समझ आएगा न याद रहेगा तो मुद्दा नहीं बनेगा। अब जब बन गया तो आयोग को समझ नहीं आ रहा कि क्या जवाब दें। जवाब है नहीं।
