Restrict🚫 👨🏻💻/👩💻(anybody) to change the properties of UI components by mistake while dealing with the storyboards
📝: This is something like 🔏ing the doc📄. means UI components properties can't be edited from storyboard
but it can be changed thru code by using IBOutlets
