@O2 I’m very disappointed with O2 I’ve been a customer for many years and feel extremely let down with this service.

@O2 Yes it was to O2 recycle. They have sent me an email saying it will be returned to me in the same Royal Mail approved packaging they issued me, so I’m expecting more damage to the handset when I receive it. I am now £117 out of pocket, because of poor packaging supplied by O2.

Do not use O2 refresh, I sent my iPhone SE in mint condition and now they are saying it’s worthless because it won’t switch on!! They will be able to see that the handset was being used up to the point where I upgraded so the damage has obviously occurred with them!!! 😤 #O2
