Your rules of hand baggage of 10kg for an infant are horrible.
You should allow check in baggage for infants as well.
Imagine carrying a 10 kg infant with a 10kg bag. So tough!!

Travelling with an infant and they refused to give the stroller after deplaning!! Had to wait at the baggage belt to collect and that too for soo long!!

Placed request for aquaguard service nearly a week ago. Called call centre twice. Absolutely no action taken even after a week now.
Last year October also similar situation. Then I had to tweet and the query was resolved.

Just wish the ResQ app was as good and wouldn't have to resort to Twitter for a simple service request.
@RelianceDigital very poor response to a service request placed more than 48 hours ago. Call centre people just keep saying, wait till the end of the day and you will get a response.
