One assumption of the PV of Growing Annuity model is:

Dividend Growth Rate (g) < Discount Rate (i)

If not, you get screwy, misleading numbers. I'd accidentally set the default page as g=6% / i=5% (meant the reverse🤦‍♂️). It's now fixed!
