@zeptocares Thankyou issue is resolved but it took more than 7 calls and 90 mins to resolve this. Also except the last executive all others were very unprofessional.
You guys are delivering items in 10mins whereas as resolution time is 10 times of this

@airindia i had cancelled my ticket no - 098 7084264401 & 098 5496041349 by calling @airindia customer care due to medical emergency. They had confirmed that cancellation charges for one ticket will be 500/- per person.

Request you to kindly reverse the charges wrongly charged.
