@HMRCcustomers Cannot contact HMRC for my NI number over phone. Just cannot connect.I need to know status of my NI number application as my student loan is awaiting it to disburse my student loan.I applied 5 months ago.Yet there are no signs of NI number. My Student life is now in jeopardy.HLP

@SF_England I have been asked to offer the NI number. I applied for an NI number, contacted them several times and I am told that Student Finance can issue a loan without NI number. Whereas the SF is waiting endlessly for NI number to arrive. Not sure what to do? Can you help?

@SF_England I have been trying to get in touch with Student Finance and cannot connect.

I applied for SF on 14 May and still no response. It is jeopardizing my further studies.

Infants and toddlers can use the toilet. Its a pity scene here and everytime @thameswater is contacted (after 30mins of hold time), we are told that someone will be there in 2 hours. Its been 3 days since. Cant see the 3 year old suffering 😢

@avroenergy - I closed my account in 2019 and still not received around £500 worth of credit amount. Chasing since a long time and there is no help. Can someone remind AVRO that COVID came in 2020 only, and not in 2019 to give a COVID excuse
