It’s time for Nigeria to adopt an hourly wage system.
Monthly salaries no longer reflect the true value of people’s time and labor.
No one should have to work every day for four weeks just to earn ₦70k.
Everyone deserves to earn at least the basic minimum wage daily. With Ojojas, getting or offering an odd job to Nigerians is now easier than ever.

■"Who is Available?": Users request services from others.
Indeed, tech skills pay a lot. But you see those skills listed, they are part of what keep the society running. The attitude towards them is one thing to work on eventually. Ojojas is working on making it easier for workers to access those in need of their services easily.
@AfamDeluxo Tech skills definitely pay higher even overseas. The problem is that most learners will not be disciplined enough to grind from learner to intern to Junior/mid senior and then to senior before quitting.
But if u can, pls go for tech skills.
@Jidekuje@AfamDeluxo And also, doesn't encourage odd jobs, plus the incentives are way lower than the minimum wage. Nice read.
[@0jojas ] Ojojas is working actively to contribute to making it easier for skilled odd job workers to easily link up with those who need their services.
@AfamDeluxo Anyone who has any of these skills shouldn't be lacking in Nigeria. Why?people need these services daily. But how to get who needs them or get who is available for them usually becomes the issue. This is what @0jojas has solved. If you are here reading this, please do check us out
@driftywhite @Davidspredict @AfamDeluxo Please look into @0jojas . This is what we are trying to make easier for both the people who need the odd jobs and those ready to give them. It shouldn't be difficult to earn at least the basic minimum wage daily in Nigeria with all these skills :)
These jobs are needed daily by people. Don't miss the opportunity if you can learn them. Also people, if you can also learn tech skill, it is a huge bonus :)
Don't listen to him. Go to vocational school and learn welding, electrical installation, mechanical work, plumbing, bricklaying, carpentry, painting, tiling, catering, tailoring, hairdressing, vehicle repair, panel beating, spraying, etc. Don't let these people deceive you.

A startup is an act of faith.
Surviving for 4-years means you’ve walked through fire and didn’t flinch. It means the team carried vision through silence, scarcity, and sleepless nights.
They weren’t in it for applause, they were in it because they believed when there was nothing to believe in yet. That kind of endurance doesn’t come from hype. It comes from calling.
What are you called to build?
How will you survive for 4-years?
99.99% don’t.
