"You’ll know you have PMF when people use your broken product."

I think this is outdated advice that doesn't work anymore in 2024.

Maybe better today would be: "ship fast, small scope, high quality"

Incredible how some “traditional” companies operate.

A well-known bank in a country has a Tech team and an Architecture team. Architecture does not report to - or is related - to Tech. They make all the Tech architecture decisions. The Architects don’t even come from Tech.
