$NBIS × Neocloud × Rubin — 完整逻辑链

一、什么是Neocloud，NBIS的定位

Neocloud是介于超大规模云（AWS/Azure/GCP）和普通GPU租赁商之间的新物种——专为AI工作负载原生设计的全栈算力基础设施。传统超大规模云的H100租价约$98/小时，而Neocloud同等性能仅$34，便宜66%。 

NBIS不是简单卖GPU时间的”裸机租赁”，而是从硬件集群、云平台到推理优化软件的全栈提供商，CEO Volozh将其定位为”原生为AI构建的云，而非从通用云改造而来”——直接讽刺超大规模云。

二、Nvidia投$20亿的意义——不只是钱

Nvidia投资$20亿并与NBIS建立战略合作，涵盖四个层面：AI工厂设计与支持（含早期硬件样品访问）；推理与Agentic AI软件栈共同开发；多代硬件早期访问（含Rubin平台、Vera CPU、BlueField存储）；以及GPU舰队健康监控。 

关键点：Nvidia给的不只是钱，是GPU优先分配权。Nebius获得Vera Rubin架构的优先分配，清晰表明其被视为优先合作伙伴。在AI基础设施领域，最早拿到最新GPU直接等于吸引顶级客户和更高利润率工作负载的能力。 

三、Rubin是什么，为什么是关键变量

Rubin运行推理工作负载的成本效率比上一代高10倍，配合Vera CPU，整套系统性能/功耗比提升10倍，每台设备包含72个Rubin GPU和32个Vera CPU及超过1000颗其他芯片。 

Rubin平台预计在2027财年下半年开始量产出货。 这意味着2027年是Rubin大规模落地的元年——而NBIS是全球首批获得Rubin早期访问权的云平台之一。

四、Meta $270亿大单——Rubin逻辑的集中体现

Meta与NBIS签署五年协议：约$120亿用于Meta专属AI基础设施，基于全球首批Rubin大规模部署之一，预计2027年初开始上线；此外Meta承诺额外购买NBIS云集群的剩余算力，上限$150亿，合计潜在合同价值约$270亿。 

这笔交易的结构非常重要：$120亿是刚性专属算力，$150亿是”Meta买走NBIS对外客户买不掉的剩余产能”——等于Meta给了NBIS一个兜底保障，同时NBIS仍能向其他AI开发者销售主力容量。

五、未来爆发力量化

NBIS计划到2030年底部署超过5GW AI算力，包括多个GW级AI工厂；当前过去四个季度收入不足$9亿，但市场定价已含2026年$35亿和2027年$110亿的收入预期，对应2027年forward P/S约5.3x。

此外，超大规模云本身也在疯狂扩张Rubin容量（AWS/Azure/GCP均为首批部署方），NBIS的差异化能否持续是最大的长期问题。

一句话总结：NBIS通过Nvidia $20亿战略投资锁定了Rubin早期GPU分配权，再用这个稀缺资源签下Meta $270亿大单，构建出”Nvidia背书→优先GPU→大客户锁定→飞轮复利”的完整爆发逻辑。2027年是Rubin量产落地年，也将是NBIS收入非线性跳升的最关键节点。

I think $SIVE should just become a full American company, and use NASDAQ listing as the first step.

By preserving EU efforts under a subsidiary and having a US parent company.

This helps Sivers become a major US optical player, not just a Swedish semi trying to explain itself to local markets that doesn’t understand.

I do think management sees a path forward for $SIVE to become the next dominant US photonics giant like $LITE.
