@minipay You need to fix your app. This morning, randomly I got prompted to reverify my mobile number, which I happily did. Little did I know, all my funds held in the current wallet just disappeared in thin air. Looks like the phone number derivation code assigned me

A brand new wallet! On reaching out to support, it's just an AI agent offering little to no help at all. Luckily I only had <$10 there. Tried loging out and in, but got that @minipay had backed up the new wallet to Apple and that the new wallet was the only backup.

"Confirming quote" step, simply clear your browser cache or open new window incognito mode and login from there. That should fix the withdrawal.
