karena yg https://t.co/FoU7ZjlGHW belum ada query stringnya, jadi dimulainya dari ?:
/62xxx?text=xxx

kalo yg bawah udah ada query string, jadi perlu ditambah &:
/send?phone=62xxx&text=xxx

@rbayuokt kalo cuma butuh debounce dari lodash, alternatif lain bisa pake per-method package (in this case lodash.debounce), install sizenya jadi bisa lebih kecil lagi
