Just to be clear, the "precedent" spoken about here has absolutely nothing to do with how Donald Trump and his cronies tried to do it. In 1960, Hawaii authorized two sets of electors to be sent, it wasn't done secretly with an attempt to circumvent the vote like Trump's team was doing.

Also, nothing relating to Biden/the DNC was a "coup." Someone stepping down from his party's nomination who's primary hasn't even finished is in absolutely no way related to a "coup" in any way, size, shape or form.

In April 2019, Autoglyphs was launched on the Ethereum blockchain by the same talented team that brought us Cryptopunks. Each glyph is meticulously crafted through code, serving as a self-contained system for creating and owning unique artwork. Today, the collection is widely recognized as the project that kickstarted the on-chain generative art movement.

Following the creation of the 512th Autoglyph, the generator was shut down and Larva Labs relinquished control of both the code responsible for generating the art and the code managing ownership of the glyphs. This decision ensured a long-term guarantee of ownership, provenance, and edition size, all without the need for a central authority to exert control.

Branch 2 is part of their first on-chain series - closed circuit - which debuted 48 unique artworks in June 2022. As long as the blockchain exists, the integrity of Ripcache's on-chain work will remain intact.

When exploring fully on-chain art, artists have to account for a variety of technical factors to bring their art to life. One important aspect when incorporating intricate generative animations on-chain is addressing storage limitations to ensure the artwork is integrated seamlessly.

An excellent demonstration of this is Hideki Tsukamoto's Cypher. With Cypher, Tsukamoto ingeniously designed a smart contract that would mathematically calculate and generate 1024 unique pieces using the Ethereum Virtual Machine without the need for external visual dependencies.
