This is a step change evolution in stablecoins
Every institution that launches a stablecoin faces a cold start problem. We faced this at Mountain Protocol and see our clients and prospects face the same issue.
“If I am a large holder on a smaller stablecoin, I might not be able to redeem immediately if I need my cash back”
For this reason, many stablecoins hold large amounts of cash, but that has credit risk, as we saw with the near miss from the SVB collapse in 2023.
Cashless Reserves is our answer to this problem. Our clients, and more importantly, the end holders of stablecoins can be comfortable that they can redeem even 100% of the stablecoin supply and that credit risk is minimized.
For our issuing name partners @ethena@tether@osldotcom@WesternUnion and all the ones coming soon, this means:
- Better returns on their stablecoin products, because cash drag is removed to ~0
- Safer product for their clients, because of no counterparty risk to banks
- Give the ability to their clients to redeem at scale, making growth easier
- Fast track process for exchanges, payment networks, etc (expect more on this soon)
Excited to have this product live soon!

Been using @zkp2p(@peerxyz now) a lot recently, now my favorite way to offramp/onramp crypto, but its not deterministic in terms of offramp settlement times or onramp speeds per provider.
So I built this Dune Dashboard: https://t.co/iDxikTjfOB
@DavisLambo@zkp2p@peerxyz yup just SQL & Claude haha, here r the links for the queries if ur curious or wanna fork it and add more
onramp: https://t.co/33UD2AXf8Y
offramp: https://t.co/RJKQjIP0HQ
introducing https://t.co/6bbzcep9j0
a year ago i could only write SQL and python, working with the big brains at @peerxyz alongside claude code taught me how to actually build things
peer name service is the latest thing to come out of that, and i'm really proud of it
@JiLong328771@zkp2p@peerxyz For offramping, primarily the exchange rate you set & venue u choose
I usually just do 1 USDC == 1 USD and always get filled under the avg time for Venmo
I primarily use Venmo as my fiat provider and the real vs expected/avg settlement times track pretty well(I offramped ~$200 this week and it took ~3 hours close to the week avg of ~6 hours) and two weeks ago I offramped ~$80 and it took 2 days aligning w/ the two week ago avg of ~36 hours
As shown in the Dune dashboard, the Venmo onramp speeds are also surprisingly quick(6-7 minutes) whereas Zelle seems to take 2-3x as long
