I think there’s a puzzle hidden in these streets. Still working on it.

Who are private rounds really for?

Are they still alive? Or did they quietly die last cycle?
Who gets a seat? Funds and insiders, or anyone?
Has one ever waited for you? At the start, not after the run.

@ownershipfm Couldn't agree more. Bootstrapping a project solo, I've seen firsthand how a rigid vesting schedule can strangle a team right when they need capital most usually right after launch, when marketing and dev costs are highest but token liquidity is locked.
